Haddock does NOT = saute. Tilapia = saute. Haddock + Saute = Crumbly mess.
Still tasted good, though.
Also, some grown-up preschooler came and ate my toddler overnight!

Soooo cute! (not the haddock). It's freaky when they grow overnight, isn't it. After buying back to school shoes for my 9 year-old I realized that he and I wear the same size! eeeeks!
